We ship worldwide.
Certain countries or regions may be excluded due to restrictions, carrier limitations, or local laws. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you promptly.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (United States): 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Note: These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, postal delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and order weight.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Information

  • When available, tracking numbers will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear online after dispatch.


2. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review the return guidelines below.


Physical Products (CDs, DVDs, and other tangible items)

  • Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.


Digital Downloads

  • Refunds for digital downloads are only available in the following circumstances:

    1. You were unable to download the product due to a technical error on our website or platform.

    2. The file provided was corrupted or incomplete.

  • Once a digital product has been successfully downloaded, it becomes non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.


Licenses

  • All license purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Please review the license terms carefully before completing your purchase.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.
To replace an item, you must return it following the guidelines above and place a new order.


3. Refund Processing Times

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used CDs, DVDs, or other physical media

  • Digital downloads (after successful download)

  • Gift cards

  • Licensing products or digital licenses


6. Currency and International Charges

  • All product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • For international customers, prices may display in local currency equivalents for convenience and are rounded up to the nearest .95.

  • Foreign transaction fees or currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer are the responsibility of the customer.
