Good Morning Jesus! - DANA

“Good Morning Jesus!” is one of Dana's most loved albums - a beautiful album of prayers and songs for children of all ages. This album is a wonderful tool for parents, teachers, and friends to teach children of all ages their daily prayers through song. The title song was inspired by the gift of a hand-embroidered prayer given to Dana and Damien on the birth of their first child Grace. This little Morning Prayer soon became a family favourite; “Good Morning Jesus, this day’s for you. Bless all I think, all I say and all I do”.  

This album is intended to teach children their prayers through the day and includes “The Guardian Angel Prayer”, “The Angelus”, “The Our Father”, “The Creed” and “Night Prayer”. There are also lively upbeat songs with a message such as, “Say Yes”, “Nothing in my Pocket”, “Thank you God” , “Alabaré” and “My little toes” which is a real favourite with children of all ages!

The song “We are the Children of the World (Answering His Call)” is the theme song for the Worldwide Children’s Eucharistic Holy Hour (www.childrenoftheeucharist.org). In this wonderful CD, children from the Tullylish Youth group in Ireland, sing with Dana and individual children from that group explain why they pray each prayer, or song. This CD is also loved by more mature people, in fact one elderly grandmother told us she plays it each morning as she loves to hear the children’s voices. She says it’s a wonderful way to start the day!
